Should you have observed any act related to possibly theft, bribery, forgery, fraud, conflict of interest, maluses, money laundering, terrorism funding or any acts non-compliant to the code of conduct and ethics of Bank’s policies and procedures or any other act that could damage the Bank’s reputation, please help us maintain our non-tolerant policy on all above mentioned acts, by submitting your report, providing as much detail as possible.
In case you wish us to contact you for any clarifications, thus maintaining your anonymity, please include some contact detail (e.x. Tel. No. or email) that may not reveal your identity, and we shall respect your anonymity and communicate with you if needed.
We consider that all reports filed are honest, in good faith and professionally conscious.
In case you feel that the response received by Ziraat Bank A.S. about your report is not dealt adequately, then you may file your report directly to the “National Transparency Authority” (aead.gr)
