Ziraat Bank aims to protect the health of its customers and employees.
Given the extraordinary and special circumstances in the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring the health and safety of our employees and our customers is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we have taken the following steps:
- We suspend any travel and business trips of our employees
- We grant special purpose licenses to childcare workers by applying the relevant Legislative Content Act of 11th of March 2020 and its amendments
- We restrict public access to our Branches to less than usual
- We inform the customers and visitors of the Bank about the instructions of EODY, by posting announcements and special signage both at the entrances of our Branches and internally.
- We systematically clean all areas of the Bank
- We have provided detailed guidance to our staff on the necessary hygiene and precautionary measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, using antiseptic products throughout the Bank's premises.
- We provide regular and detailed information to all staff on any new measures required by the state or deemed critical
- We make sure that are customers have unınterrupted access to our servıces and products through alternatıve means
